A: Thanks for reaching out Cindy! This is indeed new production ammo: new brass cases, new CPHP bullets. It's not actually possible to reload 22 LR cases or bullets, so you can always safely make that assumption whenever you order ammo.

By: Ron Faletti
A: Thanks for reaching out Ron! I cannot in good faith guarantee flawless performance with a firearm that I have not personally tested, although I foresee no reason why this ammo should fail to function correctly in any bolt-action 22 LR rifle.

A: Thanks for reaching out Ken! CCI is the cream of the crop, in my opinion, although Aguila's ammunition is surprisingly high-quality. I find that semi-automatic pistols function most reliably with high-velocity CPHP or CPRN ammunition. Any of these rounds should treat your Bobcat very well:

A: Yes sir! This ammo should function correctly in your Nylon 66. Its 38 grain bullet and 1,280 fps muzzle velocity mean it ought to generate adequate chamber pressure to cycle any semi-auto.

By: Stuart Bobo
A: No sir, I wish. When you see a gold-colored 22 LR bullet, that's because the otherwise solid lead projectile has a thin copper plating. This plating helps to prevent rapid lead fouling in the barrel.

A: Sorry sir, but state law prevents us from shipping to California.

By: MARTIN
A: Sure thing Martin, this ammo should run through a Henry like clockwork!

By: Jennifer
A: Thanks for reaching out Jennifer! This ammo will function correctly in a HK416 22 LR pistol, yes. Its supersonic muzzle velocity means it generates enough pressure to reliably cycle a semi-automatic firearm, and its copper-plated bullet will help to keep a barrel free of lead residue.

A: Yes Eitana, this 22 LR ammo should work quite well in your M&P 15-22!

By: Joshua B
A: Absolutely Joshua, this ammo would make a fine choice for any firearm chambered for 22 LR! It's high velocity so it will correctly cycle a semi-auto, and its copper-plated bullet keeps a barrel cleaner to preserve accuracy. I'm a great fan of Aguila's ammo personally, and I often fire it in my own Ruger Standard.

By: Ronald R Walker
A: Hi Ronald! I have not personally tested this ammo in the GSG-1911, but on paper it is what I would recommend for your handgun. The GSG-1911 manual calls for high velocity 22 LR, and this ammo's 1,280 fps muzze velocity certainly qualifies as that. The bullet is copper-plated, which I personally believe offers smoother feeding in a semi-auto 22. Aguila makes good quality 22 LR as well, so I expect you should be satisfied with this ammo.

By: Kay
A: Yes ma'am! A revolver is actually the least picky type of firearm when it comes to ammo. It doesn't rely on a certain amount of chamber pressure to cycle, and the profile of the bullet doesn't effect how efficiently it can chamber a cartridge. On top of that Aguila happens to make very good 22 LR, so I expect this ammo to perform very well in your Rough Rider.

A: Absoutely! This is currently the best 22 LR we have in stock for the TX22.

A: Yes, this would make a good choice of ammo for that handgun! You should look for two key factors when you select 22 LR ammo for your PPK: a muzzle velocity faster than 1,125 fps, and a copper-plated bullet. The supersonic muzzle velocity means the round probably generates enough chamber pressure to reliably cycle your handgun, and the copper plating (A) hardens the bullet to prevent if from getting pinched while feeding, and (B) prevents rapid lead fouling of the barrel. Ideally you would have a round nose profile bullet to promote even smoother feeding, but I don't expect this bullet's hollow point nose profile to give you significant problems.
