Listen. Sometimes you just have to face the facts. It’s great if you want to hunt deer and other stuff with your 22-250 Rem rifle. But if you actually want to do a good job of it, then you gotta have 22-250 ammo. Sorry to break it to you, but rules is rules.
Thankfully, finding the 22-250 ammo you need to drop bucks like a pro is already right under your nose. This isn’t Hornady’s Custom, Outfitter, BLACK, or Precision Hunter series ammo. It’s just Hornady ammo: simple and unsophisticated, yet replete with all the quality the Nebraskan company has developed a reputation for since 1949.
This cartridge’s 55 grain soft point bullet has an aerodynamic spitzer profile. Once the SP tears out of the muzzle at a velocity of 3,680 fps (which Hornady recorded with a 24” test barrel), its trajectory will look approximately like this:

100 yds: 0.9”
