A: Thanks for reaching out Mike! If your smoothbore barrel has a rifled choke tube, it's really only going to promote better accuracy while firing rifled slugs. A rifled choke tube alone isn't enough to impart sufficient stability to a sabot slug for it to perform accurately. You'd want a fully rifled barrel for this ammo.
Any of this ammo should work well in your rig, though. The Federal Tactical LE ammo is especially good in my opinion:

A: Hi Edward! The SA-20 Tactical comes stock with a smoothbore barrel – I don't know if there is a rifled barrel available for it. These slugs will probably hit your target at 20 feet, but you're still likely to get keyholing (aka the phenomenon where the slug hits the target sideways). Here's a great slo-mo demo of keyholing in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C53nTN4A7yc. To be sure, you will probably hit your target at 20', and your target is not going to be remotely happy about it, but a rifled slug would be ideal for a smoothbore barrel.

A: If it's a 20 Gauge, yes, but I'd strongly advise against using sabot slugs in a smoothbore. This slug is designed for a rifled barrel, and will give you terrible accuracy out of the Model 1100's stock smoothbore barrel.
I apprecaite that you may not wish to order a whole case of ammo, but if your gun has a smoothbore you want rifled slugs for it like this: luckygunner.com/20-gauge-2-3-4-5-8-oz-hp-rifled-slug-remington-slugger-250-rounds
