Looking for a box of elementary 12 Gauge 00 buckshot ammo? Good! We have JET! It is made in Turkey by Ideal Av Spor, which was founded by Haşim Eryürek in 1963. Ideal Av Spor initially restricted its focus to muzzleloading firearms, but today it is a major manufacturing concern that supplies ammo to hunters and national militaries alike.

This shell is loaded with nine pellets of 00 buck. Each solid lead 1/3” diameter projectile possesses the spherical profile it needs to cut a straight line through the air. The ~1.1oz. column of shot is pushed down the barrel by a solid plastic wad, which has a ring-shaped midsection. The wad uses that ring to compress throughout ignition, which simultaneously promotes narrower pattern density and reduced felt recoil.

JET ammunition is noncorrosive: Its primers will not produce hygroscopic salts that attract water to your shotgun’s action and bore. Brass-plated steel heads and hard plastic tubes make these shells rugged enough to chamber and extract reliably, and clean-burning powder minimizes fouling while you’re shooting targets or hogs.
