A: Thanks for reaching out Nick! This shell should drop a deer no problem. I'm sure you'll want to get a sense of how tight your shotgun is patterning the double-aught before you add dogs into the equation, but all safety precautions aside there's no reason you can't drop a buck with one of these LE shells.

A: Thanks for reaching out Cody! In my book, a high-velocity shotshell achieves a muzzle velocity of 1,300 fps or higher. This shell's MV is 1,290 fps, which is right on the threshold, but it's also loaded with approximately 1-1/2 ounces of 00 buck. That's relatively heavy for a 2-3/4" load, which means this shell's going to generate plenty of chamber pressure and recoil during ignition. In short, your suspicion is correct: Your Panzer's HV piston is the better bet for these powerful shotshells.
Thank you kindly for your business!

A: Yes sir, this ammo has non-corrosive primers. Typically only old military surplus ammo will have corrosive primers.

A: Thanks for reaching out Joe! There's no reason a shell with 12 pellets of 00 buck loaded to a supersonic muzzle velocity ought to be unable to cycle any semi-automatic shotgun. I expect this ammo should work just fine in your Mossberg!

By: WHA
A: Thanks for reaching out WHA! Well, this shell has nearly 1-1/2 ounces of 00 buck, and at 1,290 fps its muzzle velocity should put its dram equivalent well above 3-1/4. If 3+ dram equivalent is your only concern, this ammo qualifies. I regret that I can't recommend any other ammo to you for the time being, but we do update our inventory frequently if you'd like to wait and see what we'll get back in stock soon!
