This 12 Gauge shotshell accommodates one ounce of #7.5 lead shot, one of the best, most balanced shot sizes around for ending a clay pigeon’s miserable existence. At 1,200 fps this shell’s muzzle velocity is supersonic yet not turbocharged, which alongside its collapsing wad will generate palatable recoil as you train or compete. Rio’s no stranger to casting lead shot – along with their parent company’s other subsidiaries they make over half a billion shells annually – so expect the hardness shot must have in order to prevent frustrating deformation.

These shells’ translucent hulls are loaded with clean burning single based propellant, and their non-corrosive primers fire up fast and hot. Rio’s hulls are reloadable, so while running is off the table you should at least stoop down to gather such fine components.
