A: Nickel plated shot will not adversely affect your barrel. The shot is plated to resist deformation of the lead pellets and to provide a better pattern and accuracy.

A: This ammo will work well in these platforms. These may not function very well in semi auto models. I recommend testing in those before committing to a large purchase.

A: This will depend on many factors. The length of the barrel and choke used will affect the maximum distance, as will the velocity of the shell. This is designed to be a close quarter self defense round, not a hunting round. I would personally not use it at distance greater than 50 feet, as the pellets will begin to spread after leaving the barrel. The farther they travel the further apart the spread, and the less effective they become at causing the incapacitation that is desired.
