If you’re at all familiar with the 10mm, then right away you’re going to notice how lightweight this round’s 60 grain bullet is. By shedding so much weight it’s able to leap out of a 5” barrel at 2,400 fps – about the same rate as an AK-47! So light a bullet generates approximately 12 percent less felt recoil which facilitates accurate, rapid fire. It also delivers simply staggering energy at close range.
In spite of its small size, this round’s bullet is a traditional jacketed hollow point. It does well to pierce barriers at close range, but as it enters soft tissue it begins rapidly expanding to gouge an impressively wide wound channel into its target. And the bullet doesn’t stop there – it caps off its terminal performance by fragmenting apart into a starburst formation, delivering multiple wound channels as the result. Serious business.
Liberty’s ammunition is brass cased, non-corrosive, and sparks up clean to minimize fouling. All that and made in America.
