The 10mm Auto has fantastic penetration, stopping power, and terminal performance, making it great for self defense. This round was considered for FBI and law enforcement use, however, it didn't last long due to its large recoil. G2 Research is leading the charge in lead free ammunition. Their new Radically Invasive Projectiles (R.I.P.) are designed to create several different wound channels while still providing adequate penetration. Each bullet consists of 8 pedals with trocar tips, that upon impact break off of the base and cause separate wound channels. These pedals exhibit a 5.5"-7.5" diameter spread from point of impact and the base of the projectile provides 13" of penetration.
